1. Download the sequence files from the IMBI website. Each sample has two files- download the file that ends in .seq (actually, right-click on file, select Save Link As to save the file).

2. Analyze sequence. For windows, you need to use Winzip to unzip (or uncompress) the file.
There are several software programs that can do DNA sequence analysis (search google for the program and install on your computer).
